By clicking the box on the property developer registration page, I confirm that I have the authority to sell any property that I list with Rent To Buy Spain. I confirm that for any property I list the property title deeds (Escritura) are up to date and reflect the current property or I will fulfil this obligation before such time as a Notary visit to complete the sale. For any property I list I confirm to my knowledge there is no legal reason why the property cannot be sold, either due to ownership issues, planning restrictions, habitation licence or any other legal reason. This agreement is non-exclusive, I have the right to sell any property I list directly or via another agent via a standard sales process. If any properties are sold by using the services of Rent To Buy Spain I agree to pay Sunset Real Estate Agency SL trading as Rent To Buy Spain, CIF – B54905401 the sum equal to two month’s rent plus IVA when the contract is signed by the tenant and 5% of the sale price plus IVA minus the initial two months’ rent sum upon completion of the sale at the time of the Notary.
